Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Tuffin PPF, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality paint protection film products. Please read our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy carefully.

All sales made by Tuffin PPF are considered final. Due to the nature of automotive protection products, refunds are not applicable once the product is sold, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by the company.

Returns or replacements will be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects, damaged products during transit, or incorrect product delivery. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images or videos as proof.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement.

Products damaged due to improper storage, incorrect installation, mishandling, cutting, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement. Installation-related issues are the responsibility of the installer or dealer.

Tuffin PPF reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any replacement. Approved replacements will be processed as per availability and logistics timelines.
