These Dealer Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Tuffin PPF and its authorized dealers across India.
Dealers are authorized to sell and promote genuine Tuffin PPF products only within agreed territories. All branding, marketing materials, and product representations must align with official Tuffin PPF guidelines. Dealers are strictly prohibited from selling counterfeit or competing products under the Tuffin name.
Pricing policies, payment terms, and credit limits (if any) will be communicated separately and must be followed strictly. Delayed payments may result in order suspension or termination of dealership rights.
Dealers are responsible for proper storage, handling, and professional installation of Tuffin PPF products. Any customer complaints arising from improper installation or misuse will be the dealer’s responsibility.
Tuffin PPF reserves the right to modify dealer terms, appoint or terminate dealerships, and take legal action in case of policy violations.
