After installation, allow the protection film to settle and cure for at least 72 hours. During this period, refrain from touching the film, even if you notice some initial bubbling. It should disappear once the curing process is complete. Note that low temperatures and high humidity might extend the curing time.
Avoid washing your car for 2 weeks or driving it whenever possible. If driving is unavoidable, take care not to apply pressure on the film to prevent any settling issues.
To uphold your product’s warranty, an annual inspection is mandatory during the warranty period, as outlined in the product specifications. These inspections should be conducted by a TUFFIN ™ Authorized/Certified Installer each year and completed within 10 days before or after the installation anniversary date or the date of any previous inspection or service.
Any charges incurred by the TUFFIN ™ Certified Installer for the annual inspection, including exterior wash, decontamination, and inspection, will be the owner’s responsibility. Please retain proof of all inspections, as they may be necessary for Limited Warranty-related issues.
Customers need to insist that the installer provides online warranty registration.If not registered, the warranty cannot be claimed.
Make sure that the warranty is registered online within 1 week of installation. The customer will receive an official email from sales@tuffinppf.com at the customer’s email address provided during warranty registration, with all warranty details. Please save this email for future warranty claims.
TUFFIN ™ hereby provides an explicit Limited Warranty to the vehicle owner for a specified period, as mentioned in the catalogue and website.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects found in TUFFIN ™ paint protection films, including issues such as yellowing, cracking, blistering, delamination, or adhesive failure. Please note that this Limited Warranty applies only to films installed in accordance with the guidelines recommended by TUFFIN PPF.
If a manufacturing defect is solely responsible for the failure or inadequate performance of the product within the warranty period, it is at the sole discretion of TUFFIN ™ to decide on warranty claims.
Any repaired or replaced product will remain subject to the original warranty period and will not extend or initiate a new warranty period.
TUFFIN ™ retains the right to validate eligibility for warranty coverage and inspect the affected installation before approving a claim. All approved warranty service claims must be directed to the authorized installer from whom the film was installed.
To process a warranty claim, ensure that the warranty was registered online at the time of installation. Please provide the details requested by the installer when claiming the warranty. All necessary details will be available in the warranty email sent to you.
The authorized warranty repair service provider must obtain written pre-approval before commencing warranty repair service.
Upon completion of the warranty repair service, the customer will be asked to send an official email to sales@tuffinppf.com from their registered email address confirming the warranty service. This email facilitates reimbursement for the warranty repair service to the installer.
The warranty cannot be transferred to a new owner.
TUFFIN PPF films must be stored, handled, installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided.
